At Evolve Coaching, we believe leadership starts within. When leaders elevate their awareness, align with their values, and lead with energy, the ripple effects transform teams, cultures, and organizations.

Evolve was founded by Jamie Gobel following her own executive leadership journey driving organizational transformation and growth. After leading in a founder-owned company that successfully scaled to sale—and as Co-President, co-leading the organization during and after its acquisition and transition to private equity ownership—Jamie experienced firsthand the high cost of performance without alignment. That journey sparked her mission: to equip leaders and organizations to thrive without burning out.

Through Energy Leadership™, 1:1 coaching, group and team coaching, and organization-wide culture activation, we partner with leaders at every level to unlock their full potential while creating sustainable results.

Evolve is more than one voice—it’s a collective. Our team of certified professional coaches brings diverse backgrounds, shared values, and a unified commitment to helping individuals, teams, and organizations rise. Each coach draws on decades of real-world corporate and executive experience across industries including healthcare, talent acquisition & HR technology, entertainment, publishing, research, non-profit, insurance, and higher education. Many also provide both coaching and advisory services, blending practical insight with transformational growth.
